Our Services

Steering & Suspension Repairs

Steering and suspension is what we know best. If your vehicle's wandering on the road, clunking over bumps, sitting unevenly or pulling to one side, bring it into our Toowoomba workshop and we'll find out why. We repair steering and suspension on cars, 4WDs and light commercials of any make or model - shocks, struts, bushes, ball joints, tie rod ends, the lot. We'll have a look, tell you straight what it needs, and sort it properly so it holds up.

Steering & Suspension Upgrades
GVM Upgrades

4WD Lift Kits, Suspension & GVM Upgrades

A good suspension setup makes all the difference once you leave the bitumen. We supply and fit 4WD lift kits and suspension upgrades built for off-road conditions - corrugations, bull dust and the tracks out west. We also do GVM upgrades on most current makes and models, so a loaded tourer or a hard-working ute can carry the weight legally and safely. Whether you're after more clearance, better load carrying, or the right setup for how you use your 4WD, we'll match the kit to your vehicle.

Wheel Alignments & Balancing

A proper wheel alignment keeps your vehicle tracking straight, saves your tyres and makes for an easier drive. If you've noticed uneven tyre wear, a pull to one side, or a steering wheel that sits off-centre, it's worth getting checked. We do wheel alignments and wheel balancing on cars, 4WDs and light commercials at our Toowoomba workshop, including alignments on lifted and modified 4WDs that need setting up after a suspension change. Balanced wheels mean no shudder through the wheel and a smoother run on the highway.

Brakes & Tyres

Brakes and tyres are where it matters most, so we don't cut corners on either. We supply and fit brakes - pads, rotors and the rest - and sort out tyres for cars, 4WDs and light commercials, from the daily run to load-rated rubber for touring and towing. Bring your vehicle into our Toowoomba workshop and we'll check what's worn, tell you straight what needs doing, and get you back on the road safely. No upsell, just what the job actually needs.

FAQs

  • How do I know if my suspension needs replacing?

Common signs are a bouncy or rough ride, clunking over bumps, the vehicle sitting lower or unevenly, nose-diving when you brake, or uneven tyre wear. If you've noticed any of these, bring it in and we'll have a look and tell you straight whether it needs work.

  • What are the signs of a steering problem?

A steering wheel that's off-centre, wandering on the road, a pull to one side, vibration through the wheel, or play and looseness in the steering are all worth getting checked. Steering issues only get worse, so it's better to sort them early.

  • Do you work on all makes and models?

Yes. We service steering and suspension on cars, 4WDs and light commercials of any make or model, from daily drivers to work utes and touring rigs to motor racing cars.

  • Do you fit 4WD lift kits?

We do. We supply and fit lift kits and suspension upgrades to suit how you use your 4WD - more clearance, better load carrying, or a setup built for the tracks.

  • Do I need a wheel alignment after a lift kit or suspension work?

Yes - any time you change a vehicle's suspension or ride height, the alignment needs to be reset so it tracks straight and doesn't chew out your tyres. We do the alignment as part of the job.

  • How often should I get a wheel alignment?

A good rule is once a year or every 10,000 - 15,000 km, and any time you fit new tyres, hit a solid pothole or kerb, or notice the vehicle pulling or the tyres wearing unevenly.

  • How long does a service take?

It depends on the job -  a wheel alignment is quick, while a full suspension upgrade takes longer. Tell us what you're after when you book and we'll give you a straight idea of timing before you commit.

  • Do I need to book, or can I just drop in?

You're welcome to drop into the Toowoomba workshop for a look or a quote, but booking ahead means we can set time aside for the work. Give us a bell or send an enquiry to sort a time.

  • Where are you located and what areas do you cover?

We're based in Toowoomba and look after customers across the Darling Downs. If you're driving the roads out here, we know the conditions because we drive them too.

  • Can you give me a quote before starting work?

Always. We'll have a look, tell you straight what it needs, and quote it fair before any work starts - no surprises, no upsell.
